Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping packaging or a sturdy alternative box.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
